Hope you enjoyed bye.
I am a Year 6 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. My teacher is Miss McLeod. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Encourage me to make another post

Mōrena Mikayla!
ReplyDeleteMy name is Mikey. I'm a member of this years Summer Learning Journey team and I'll be commenting on some of your wonderful blog posts over the summer. It's so great to see that you've made a start on the teaser week activities - well done! :)
You've made up some awesome new words here, Mikayla! you've been really clever and combined words that already exist to create them. I particularly like 'hattitude' and 'blamestorming'. Have you read the book that this activity was based on? The BFG? I loved that book when I was at school.
Congratulations again on completing your first teaser task! Remember that the programme officially begins next Monday (December 16th), so be sure to check out the Week 1 activities on the Summer Learning Journey website then. In the meantime, keep going with the teaser week activities - I can't wait to read more! :)
Mā te wā,
Mikey
